Paul Beaudry
Paul Beaudry was appointed Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada, effective February 2019. In this capacity, he is one of two deputy governors responsible for overseeing the Bank’s analysis and activities in promoting a stable and efficient financial system. As a member of the Bank’s Governing Council, shares responsibility for decisions with respect to monetary policy and financial system stability and for setting the strategic direction of the Bank. -
Lawrence L. Schembri
Lawrence Schembri served as Deputy Governor from 2013 until his retirement from the Bank of Canada in June 2022. -
Jeremy S.T. Farr
Jeremy Farr was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Bank of Canada in June 2012. -
Nicolas Vincent
Nicolas Vincent was appointed external, non-executive Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada for a two-year term, effective March 2023. -
Lynn Patterson
Lynn Patterson served as Deputy Governor from May 2014 until her retirement from the Bank in July 2019. -
