Erin Trudeau was appointed Managing Director and Chief Security Officer of the Corporate Security (CS) Department, effective March 30, 2026. In this capacity, she is responsible for the Bank’s Facilities Services and Corporate Security Services (CSS), including oversight of crisis management and continuity of operations. Erin will provide strategic leadership to ensure the protection of the Bank’s assets and personnel, while fostering a resilient and secure environment.
Since joining the Bank in 2014, Ms. Trudeau has held various management positions in ITS, including DMD since 2022. She has led multi-disciplinary teams supporting and evolving critical Bank infrastructure and helping set the technical direction of our ongoing IT operations. Previously, she worked on the Bank’s Data Centre Migration project working with clients and technical teams across the Bank to ensure a stable migration of hardware and applications.
Ms. Trudeau has more than 20 years of professional experience working in the private and public sectors. Before joining the Bank, she provided technical solutions and worked on large- and medium‑sized projects for various federal government departments and Crown corporations.
