The monthly average exchange rates are typically published by 16:30 ET on the last business day of each month. If the last business day of the month is a Bank holiday, the monthly average exchange rates are published on the first business day of the following month by 16:30 ET. Exchange rates are expressed as 1 unit of the foreign currency converted into Canadian dollars.
