OTTAWA – On Monday, October 19, 2026, the Bank of Canada will release the third quarter issues of the Business Outlook Survey and the Canadian Survey of Consumer Expectations.

Lock-Up: At 10:00 (ET), journalists are invited to review copies of the Business Outlook Survey and the Canadian Survey of Consumer Expectations, under embargo, at the Bank’s head office in Ottawa.
