        "description": "What do you think is the percent chance that you will lose your job during the next 12 months?\n\nNote: Sectors where artificial intelligence (AI) poses a lower risk of task replacement include agriculture and forestry, mining and oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, transportation and warehousing. Less than 20% of employees in these sectors have high exposure to and low complementarity with AI. Sectors where AI poses a higher risk of task replacement include finance, insurance, real estate, rental and leasing, utilities, retail and wholesale trade, public sector, and information, culture and recreation. More than 20% of employees in these sectors have high exposure to and low complementarity with AI. High exposure, low complementarity jobs are those that may be highly exposed to AI-related job transformation and whose tasks could be replaceable by AI in the future. Sector classifications are based on T.  Mehdi and R. Mor issette, “Experimental Estimates of Potential Artificial Intelligence Occupational Exposure in Canada,” Statistics Canada Analytical Studies Branch Research Paper Series No. 478 (September 2024). Across the time series, on average, 72% of the sample is in high-risk sectors and 28% in low-risk sectors. Respondents were not asked about the industry of their main job in 2019Q4.",
