        "label": "Chart 3: Workers in sectors more exposed to trade are behind improvements in spending plans",
        "description": "CSCE consumer spending index by sector sensitivity to trade\n\nCSCE is the Canadian Survey of Consumer Expectations. Positive (negative) values indicate that consumers’ opinions are positive (negative) compared with the survey average. Sectors highly sensitive to trade includes   agriculture and forestry, mining and oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. These are sectors where more than 30% of jobs depend on exports to the United States. Sectors less sensitive to trade includes all other private sector industries, where up to 30% of jobs depend on exports to the United States, and the public sector. Respondents were not asked about the industry of their main job prior to 2018Q2 or in 2019Q4. The indexes are presented as a two-quarter moving average.",
