Bank of Canada Publishes 2015 Schedule for Policy Interest Rate Announcements and Release of the Monetary Policy Report

The Bank of Canada today published its 2015 schedule of the key dates for policy interest rate announcements and release of the quarterly Monetary Policy Report, and reconfirmed the scheduled announcement dates for the remainder of this year.

The scheduled announcement dates from September 2014 through December 2014 are reconfirmed as:

  • Wednesday 3 September
  • Wednesday 22 October*
  • Wednesday 3 December

The scheduled announcement dates for 2015 are:

  • Wednesday 21 January*
  • Wednesday 4 March
  • Wednesday 15 April*
  • Wednesday 27 May
  • Wednesday 15 July*
  • Wednesday 9 September
  • Wednesday 21 October*
  • Wednesday 2 December

*Monetary Policy Report published

All rate announcements will be made at 10:00 (ET), and the Monetary Policy Report will continue to be published concurrently with the January, April, July and October rate announcements.
